With over 10 years working closely with landlords and tenants in the letting industry assisting small independant agents to large corporate companies, I have had a wealth of experience dealing with the issues that relate to both landlords, tenants, and corporate bodies alike. With the implementation of the Housing Act 2004, there has been an ever increasing need to ensure every aspect of a tenancy is legally covered to safeguard the landlord and tenants position within a contract.

The new TDS (Tenancy Deposit Schemes) set up under the Housing Act 2004 works to protect both the landlord and the tenant from irresponsible use of the deposit, and it has become increasingly important to ensure the condition and reports of a property at the onset of the tenancy is as clear and concise as can be.
